What does this car say about you?
That I like beemers but don't have enough money to drive a fast one.
What do your friends / family / neighbours think of the car?
That I have expensive taste. But can't afford said taste.
Would you buy this car again and why?
No. If I bought another E46 it would have a much bigger engine.
What are you likely to buy next?
Some other small engined beemer that I can afford to run.

Did you get a good deal and why?
So far it seems that I did. Only problem I've had is overheating but that was caused by an airlock. Little bit of time and some coolant fixed theproblem.
Is there any special reason why you bought this car?
I needed a car and I wanted a BMW. Got it for cheap and it being below a 1.9 the tax is relatively cheap, for Ireland that is. €700/year an extra 5cc would put me in the next bracket which costs even more..

What's it like to drive?
Handles well. Not as good as an E36 though. Underpowered. Whole point of a beemer is lots of power and good handling.

Have you had any problems with the car?
Overheated, Like most beemers. Was an airlock so bled the systems and has been fine since(touch wood).
What's most practical about your car?
It stops me getting wet when it rains.
Favourite gadget, option or accessory?
It's bog standard. I just enjoy the driving experience.
