What does this car say about you?

It probably says that I'm a snob! In fairness though, BMW make really good cars that seem to wear well. This is 7 years old and it feels and looks new.

What do your friends / family / neighbours think of the car?

They like it!

Would you buy this car again and why?

I would buy a 3 series again but would like a 325i for a bit more power.

What are you likely to buy next?

Would probably be another 3 series, though I do like the new Audi A6.

Did you get a good deal and why?

I think it was a fair price considering the mileage and condition of the car.

Is there any special reason why you bought this car?

It was a very clean low mileage car (56,000 miles) with a full service history. I also wanted the six cylinder engine.

What's it like to drive?

The engine is very smooth. Performance is acceptable rather than brilliant. If you use the gears the overtaking is good and the engine is smooth enough to be revved. It needs to be above 3,000 rpm for good acceleration. It handles well and the car always feels secure and composed. Brakes are excellent.

What's it like to park?

Easy to park.

Have you had any problems with the car?

Nothing has gone wrong with the car but I had to have the following items replaced: Front end resistor on heater fan. Control arm bushings.Steering tie rod. Seal on rear differential.New discs and pads.Rear shock absorbers. Some rear bushings

What's most practical about your car?

It's comfortable with plenty of space up front. Rear space limited and boot is just okay.
