Economy
Value
I haggled down a friend so I got it cheap, a good second hand buy.
Costs
I have had to the replace bushes (a known problem), stick to back street garages and save a fortune for this type of work. Service at B.M.W dealer isn't cheap.

On the road
Driving
The back end can flip out in wet conditions because of the 170 horses, but it is a lot of fun.
Performance
A wolf in sheeps clothing, 0-60 in 7.5 secs
-
Living with it
Reliability
None as yet and it's six years old.
Image
Looks like a bog standard B.M.W, apart from the twin tail pipe, smart looking, but nearly everyone has a B.M.W these days
Comfort
Smooth and quiet, the sport seats hug you and both the seats and steering can be moved in any direction.
