Slimey and quite unpleasant.

Driving it
What's it like to drive?
Excellent. 'Ultimate driving Machine' about covers it. Ride is very hard though, SE spec is probably better all round. Auto box is smooth but doesn't do what you want it to. Jag autos are better.
What's it like to park?
OK once parking sensors replaced. Front bumper is too low and can catch on kerbs.

Living with it
Have you had any problems with the car?
Lots. Headlamp washer had leak, needed replacing. 2 x rear parking sensors needed replacing, £58 each from BMW plus fitting. Gearbox cooler hose had leak. Air con belt roller seized up, needed replacing. Also caused air con belt to snap. Various other 'minor' faults. Bodywork started to rust.
What's most practical about your car?
Not much.
Favourite gadget, option or accessory?
Sports leather seats were very good.
