Summary
What does this car say about you?
That I am more concerned with driving dynamics and performance than MPG.
What do your friends / family / neighbours think of the car?
They really like it, its a luxury motor and they all find it very comfortable, they are easily scared when i give it some in manual mode.
Would you buy this car again and why?
Never will I stray from BMW again. I had one before and missed it hence i bought one again.
What are you likely to buy next?
X5 V8 or 530i still undecided

When did you buy the car?
April 2011
Did you get a good deal and why?
I thought I got a good deal overall,it was a the best value 04 plate I could find plus it had the main factory extras like 18 inch wheels and full leather, climate control etc.
Is there any special reason why you bought this car?
Wanted a change from my mazda 6 diesel,im 27 but that car made me feel 47! The BMW helps to resolve that.

Good overall, PX was fair and the process was easy.

Driving it
What's it like to drive?
Excellent, 71k on the clock but feels awesome. Lots of power, lots of grip plus it makes a lovely noise when you rev it. Its an easy car to drive fast in my opinion.
What's it like to park?
Easy, parking sensors plus the well appointed proportions of the car make it easy. The Mazda 6 was harder to park.

Living with it
Have you had any problems with the car?
The CD changer didnt work, this is a common problem with the BMW 6 CD changer, swapped it for an alpine unit at £200 cost. Other than that its fine.
What's most practical about your car?
Decent boot size and space for 4 people. Fits everyone in comfort.
Favourite gadget, option or accessory?
The steptronic gearbox is very good for a switchable auto, very responsive in my opinion plus kickdown feature can be a laugh. Parking sensors come in handy too.
