BMW 3-Series Saloon (2005 - 2011) 320i Sport Plus Edition 4d Step Auto Owner Review
Want to know everything there is to know about this car?
In their own words
This sports upgrade version is not too often come across but worth considering if you can find one. Whilst an auto you of course have the manual override option - I have never needed or wanted to use it though. Mine was purchased as a former BMW franchise staff car - which suggested it would probably have been well cared for in its first year. Its additional sports features are well worth the extra and mine has professional navigation system as well which came with additional options - have updated every year or two using downloaded software from BMW on USB stick - beware of ?cheap alternatives. Service and repair costs have been less than anticipated and other than the injector episode no major problems. This is still a relatively low mileage vehicle for 9 years old. and only recently has required new RF tires, rear brake drums and AGM battery (not all at once!?!). Despite the negatives you can find about this model from enthusiasts, this is probably the best car overall I have owned over 35 years and as reliable so far as my next best - a honda civic sports.
How reliable do you find the car?
Needed one new injector following first few years using only "cheap" (probably dirty) supermarket fuel. SInce replacement have always paid a bit more, got decent stuff and had no further problems.About their car
