What does this car say about you?
The I shouldnt own it as Im only 26 and I get a few funny looks but I wanted to treat myself.
What do your friends / family / neighbours think of the car?
Its amazing - comfortable, fast, sporty and stylish.
Would you buy this car again and why?
Yes; when I ordered mine the M Sport wasnt out so Im going to put an order for the M Sport in May. Was thinking about dropping to the 320d but dont know if I can.
What are you likely to buy next?
A 2013 328i M Sport.

Excellent deal, I received over ten thousand off.
Is there any special reason why you bought this car?
Because of the discount I received and I have never had a BMW before.
What was the dealer like?
It wasnt a dealer but the guy I dealt with was very helpful but I did pick it up from BMW and the women that helped me was excellent, showed me the car and the iDrive system which is very easy to use.

Driving it
What's it like to drive?
Amazing. Very fast and when it is in sports mode the steering and car stiffens up and is amazing to drive. Quite easy considering the size of the car and it feels very light. Grip and response is also amazing.
What's it like to park?
Very easy I found, the sensors are excellent and come as standard.

Living with it
Have you had any problems with the car?
The blower fan has gone and only after 4500 miles and 5 months. BMW said it was a common fault with the new 1 series and I presume its practically the same with the 3 but all claimable on the warranty.
What's most practical about your car?
The size is good, quite a big boot but if you can get the folding rear seat option then do so cos I wish I had.
Favourite gadget, option or accessory?
Comfort access - there is a touch panel on the handle and you touch it with your finger and the car opens. Never had to reach for my keys ever.
