Want to know everything there is to know about this car?

In their own words

Perfect for me (I’m retired). Runs on electric locally and petrol engine backup for longer runs is ideal. A better all electric range would be nice as would more charging points. Performance is good as in it’s fairly quick. Handling is well balanced and the car goes where you point it. Ride can be a bit harsh, I guess this down to the run flat tyres and suspension compromises due to weight of the batteries, but this doesn’t bother me too much. Inside the car is a lovely place to be with quality switch gear and materials, mine has a red leather interior. Plenty of room for passengers but boot space is a bit shallow. I’ve had the car nearly two years (it was my daughter’s ex-company car so I knew its history) and other than fuel and insurance it hasn’t cost me a bean and it still looks like new. The car came with service inclusive which expires on 19 February 2021. Unfortunately, due to COVID restrictions, I am unable to get a BMW Service centre and BMW are not willing to extend the expiry date which I think is a bit mean. I will definitely consider another one when it’s time to change.

How reliable do you find the car?

Some problems with corrosion to alloy wheels but these were sorted by BMW under warranty. Mechanically and electrically trouble free.

Does the car do everything you expected it to do?

Lovely to drive and does so much more than I expected. I especially like being able to tell the car to warm up remotely before I get in.
