BMW 3-Series Saloon (2012 - 2019) 330e Sport 4d Step Auto Owner Review

Having never previously owned a BMW nor a hybrid vehicle, after 10 months of driving I’d have no hesitation in recommending the 330e. Whilst most buyers will opt for diesels, I’d argue for low mileage users this is the best 3 series option, combining effortless power with strong economy providing it’s regularly charged. Shortly after buying I Invested in home charging point, took advantage of government grant / subsidy, and with range of approx 20 miles, daily commute is possible on electric alone. Yes, it is a heavier car than diesel / petrol equivalents with smaller boot and fuel tank. But these are minor quibbles and for most will have little or no impact on their driving. For those not quite ready to go full electric and concerned about range etc this is a great stepping stone
