Buying experience
Type of dealer you bought from?
Franchised
Did you buy this car new?
No
What price did you pay?
£17,000
When did you buy the car?
March 2011
Did you get a good deal and why?
OK Price nothing special.
Is there any special reason why you bought this car?
Wanted a 4 wheel drive or rear wheel drive, practical, fast, economical car.
What was the dealer like?
I'd never buy a car from that dealer again! They hid paint damage to the roof using some form of coloured wax and lied repeatedly. The only reason I didn't take it back was due to the extended arguing and the rarity of the car. The did finally give me 50% of the cost of getting it repaired.

Driving it
What's it like to drive?
Great to drive once I remove the run flats. Is well behaved for general driving but can be fun if you want it to be so. Suspension although firm doesn't "crash around". Very easy motorway driving and fun on smaller roads. 5th gear is almost pointless, 2nd gear could do with being a little higher. Severely in need of a limited slip diff.
What's it like to park?
Great turning circle, corners are almost impossible to see but it has front and rear parking sensors so solves that problem.

Living with it
Have you had any problems with the car?
~35k miles and no problems, only potential is the prop shaft bearing is getting a little noisy.
What's most practical about your car?
It's an estate. Saying that the boot is a little small for an estate and the boot depth is poor but it is a rear wheel drive car so this is to be expected.
Favourite gadget, option or accessory?
M-Sport seats.
