There is no internet access in the car the dealer blames the local service provider. The top 3 bars on the heated rear window do not work the dealer says it’s the antenna for the radio and it will not defrost the window so when it mists up I can only see out of 75% of the rear window apparently this is normal on a bmw. This is my first and last bmw
