£1,200

£1,200 for a 4.4 litre V8, fully leathered, with full history and average miles? A bargain, surely.

Driving it
What's it like to drive?
Easy to drive, accessible performance - it has bags of torque and "enough" power. Not too tail happy, there's plenty of grip available, doesn't roll badly, has a nice smooth ride. Best car I've owned.
What's it like to park?
Straightforward, even without sensors. Obviously it needs a decently-sized space.

Living with it
Have you had any problems with the car?
Front suspension arms (common E39 issue), cost £400 inc labour to replace. Other than that, absolutely nothing in 2 years.
What's most practical about your car?
Big boot, decent space in the car, very comfy over long journeys.
Favourite gadget, option or accessory?
Heated seats in winter.
