Successful, but in an understated way
What do your friends / family / neighbours think of the car?
To look at it is elegant without being over the top. Anybody who has driven or been a passenger in it absolutely love it
Would you buy this car again and why?
Yes for performance, comfort and sheer driving experience. Sadly the customer service at the local BMW dealer has been appalling. For that reason alone I will probably not as there isnt a good independent alternative within a reasonable distance

Did you get a good deal and why?
Yes in the sense that i paid 24k for a 3 year old car with 18k miles on the clock that cost 75k new. A huge amount of car for your money. With regard to the particular dealer - i dont think I got a special deal from them that I couldnt have got from another dealer.

Typical second hand car dealer. once they had got your money they werent interested any more

Driving it
What's it like to drive?
In one word - Excellent. It is supremely comfortable, very responsive, supremely quick and easy to drive.
What's it like to park?
Surprisingly easy with the parking sensors.

Living with it
Have you had any problems with the car?
Recently had problems with the cooling system - needed new water pump and hose. Other stuff is general wear and tear - tyres, brakes pads etc.
What's most practical about your car?
its a car that is fantastic to drive. I never need to think about what I use it for - business, pleasure, taking kids to football, shopping etc you name it it is very versatile, with the exception that as with any executive saloon car you wouldnt take it off road
Favourite gadget, option or accessory?
It does put a smile on my face every time I drive it. The best bit for me is the engine/performance. For a car of this size and weight, the performance is simply awesome. I also like the fact mine is de-badged...nobody knows what is under the bonnet and then all the can see is your boot!
