Everyone thinks it's very smart.
Would you buy this car again and why?
Yes. So far, I love it. Perfect for me - economical, 4WD and pretty nippy!
What are you likely to buy next?
A BMW definitely. X1, X3 maybe. (would love an M6 though).

Did you get a good deal and why?
I believe that we did get a good deal, as the dealership was located in a remote part of Wales and we did travel quite a way to purchase it. We found the equivalent car in our local area of Bristol to be a lot more expensive.
Is there any special reason why you bought this car?
Required an economical four wheel drive vehicle, as I do a lot of miles and about 70% of my driving is up and down country lanes!
What was the dealer like?
Very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

Driving it
What's it like to drive?
For me, the driving position (being higher up) around the country lanes is great. Being the M sport 4WD version, it handles very well and I can "throw" it around the bends nicely! To me, coming from a 1 series, the quality and ride seem excellent, but I suppose if you are used to the more premium BMWs eg. 3 or 5 series, you may be disappointed with interior trim/ drive? I think it's pretty quick for its size too. Obviously a bit slower off the mark than my 120d (not as much as I had expected though!), but once in 2nd gear, it flies. Just feels nice to be in. Very comfy and reassuring.
What's it like to park?
Bit heavier on steering than I was used to, but I got used to it quickly. Good visibility and having front and rear parking sensors help too!

Nothing as yet!
What's most practical about your car?
Proving to be very economical. Being four wheel drive, it is wonderful to drive around the muddy country lanes! I had a 1 series M sport before this and it was lovely to drive on dry smooth roads, but any moisture, mud or gravel and it would get stuck!
Favourite gadget, option or accessory?
Panoramic roof is nice. It is the high specification model, so has lots of lovely accessories/ gadgets!
