No! Great drive when everything is working! For a auto gearbox to go with on 80k on the clock is not good! Common fault apparently! I'm not well off, but thought we invest in an X5 because of the excellent residuals. Thought we were buying quality! Rubbish, better of with a Vauxhall! Should have bought a manual 5 series estate. Just waiting for the next thing to go wrong! Enjoying it in the mean time!!

Driving it
What's it like to drive?
Superb! Like a car, not a tank. Not bad for a nigh on 2 ton vehicle.
What's it like to park?
No probs when the PDC is working!!

Living with it
Have you had any problems with the car?
Gearbox,£3000. PDC, £200, Front Suspension, £400. Still have knocking! Door handle Seized while Frosty, Snapped when I opened it! £150.
What's most practical about your car?
Interior space, high ride height.
Favourite gadget, option or accessory?
HID lights PDC, Sat nav.
