BMW Z3 M Coupe (1998-2002) interior, tech and comfort

The cockpit ambience is a little on the garish side, but that suits the character of this defiantly individual little hot rod. Expect inserts of body coloured leather on the seats and chrome rimmed dials. All functions fall easily to hand, although the seats can seem a little fiddly to adjust.
A strict two seater, the M Coupé offers a fairly cosy cockpit although there’s plenty of space for a couple of six-footers and the seats are supportive leather clad items. Ride quality suffers as the set up is designed to be sporting, but it is certainly not too harsh for daily use or a weekend’s touring.
