What does this car say about you?

My car has not had chance to say much it has been back with the dealership so much. The courtesy BMW 118 said that I was practical but foolish to buy a Z4.

What do your friends / family / neighbours think of the car?

Like the looks but laugh at how ch it has needed to be repaired.

Would you buy this car again and why?

No. Reliability is poor. Build is poor.

What are you likely to buy next?

A Mercedes.

Wanted a fun but reliable car.

What was the dealer like?

The dealer was highly professional when it came to selling.... this changed later.

What's it like to drive?

Great fun. Rewards enthusiasm.

What's it like to park?

Long bonnet does not help. Visibility poor with hood up.

Have you had any problems with the car?

Lots. This is the worst car that I have ever owned. Exhaust started blowing within 3 weeks of purchase. Needed replacement. Centre console light control lug snapped, as it appears to happen with most of this model. Drivers side fog lamp was not properly fitted so it crept forward. Fuel guage developed an intermittent fault. Fuel tank needed replacing as did one of the fuel tank sensors. What a (nice looking) heap! All fixed at a leisurely pace by BMW under warranty. BMW dealership came up with an assortment of different excuses. Clearly a "Friday Afternoon" car. US build quality does not match German standards

What's most practical about your car?

Boot is great.
