What does this car say about you?
Probably that I am in a second mid-life crisis! My Boxster S was my first mid life crisis... then I grew out of it and bought a Mercedes E240... but I missed the 2 seater sports car so I have ended up with a Z4.
What do your friends / family / neighbours think of the car?
My friends love it!! My wife hates it! She won't even get into it... but she hated the Boxster too. I think it is because she is jealous of the 'extra female attention' it can bring. It's no big deal. She should understand... boys and their toys!
Would you buy this car again and why?
Yes... but if I did I would probably go for a bigger engine... and probably the newer model.
What are you likely to buy next?
Saving for a 911... but until then I am really happy with my Z4.

Did you get a good deal and why?
I think I got a great deal. The car had low miles and full history. It looks amazing with the hardtop. I think I got a lot of car for the money.
Is there any special reason why you bought this car?
I wanted a 2 seater convertible. This car had low miles, full history and in amazing condition... and it came with a good spec and a hardtop. I thought it was great value.

Driving it
What's it like to drive?
Great to drive. Very smooth engine. 2.2 is not the fastest... but I don't want any more penalty points!! I owned a Boxster S in the past which was a rocket ship compared to this car... but that doesn't bother me. Steering is great. Sports suspension feels every bump in the road but that's expected.
What's it like to park?
Easy. It has a long nose but the parking sensors make it simple to park.

Living with it
Have you had any problems with the car?
I have only owned it for a few weeks but so far nothing has gone wrong. I love it.
What's most practical about your car?
Quite a large boot for a roadster. Surprising amount of legroom. I am 6'5" tall and i have plenty of legroom and headroom.
Favourite gadget, option or accessory?
The hardtop. It really looks fantastic.
