The quality of the engineering shows. As our second car the compromises relating to space and carrying capacity are not an issue. For a 4 cylinder engine it sounds good and benefits from reasonable fuel economy.
If it retains the same levels of reliability as my previous Z4 (I had a mk1 for 7 years) it will be utterly reliable and reasonable to maintain.
The run flat tyres (especially on 19" wheels) do make for a very firm ride. I will change these to non-run flats as soon as I can.
The screen on the sat navigation is not very bright, especially with the roof down and in sunlight. However, with smart phones this is not an issue for me.
Does the car do everything you expected it to do?
Pleasantly surprised by the performance and the quality of the auto gearbox. I usually favour manuals but the box is a delight to useAbout their car
