  • ESP now comes as standard
  • Fiesta range starts from £11,645 and is available now

Ford has reduced CO2 emissions and added more kit to the popular Fiesta range.

Under the bonnet, Ford has reduced the CO2 output on three engines. The 80bhp 1.25-litre now stands at 129g/km, the 94bhp 1.6-litre now emits 107g/km and the 118bhp 1.6-litre Ti-VCT has a CO2 emissions output of 134g/km.

The reduction in CO2 emissions for the 1.25-litre engine re-positions this version into a lower VED band, resulting in an annual saving of £110 over the previous engine.

There's more kit for the Fiesta. Ford has made Electronic Stability Programme (ESP) a standard feature on the entire range.

On the Studio series, Ford has added heated door mirrors, remote steering-mounted controls for the in-car entertainment system, an aux-in jack and two additional speakers.

The top-of-the-range Titanium models now have Bluetooth and USB connection as standard, worth around £200.

The Fiesta range starts from £11,645 and is available now.
