Peugeot was originally founded in 1810 and manufactured coffee mills and bicycles. In 1886 the French manufacturer built is first steam-powered car, its first petrol-powered car in 1890 and created the car arm of the company in 1896.

Today the French company builds a wide range of cars incorporating the latest designs and technology. These cars include the 3008 aimed at families, the 208 compact hatchback and the 107 city car.

Peugeot has built some iconic cars in the past including the 205 GTi hot hatch launched in 1984. The modern equivalent is the 208 GTi and Peugeot has its own current two-seater sports car in the RCZ.

The French company also builds a full range of cars aimed at families including the 308 and 508 and the estate versions 308 SW and 508 SW, plus there’s the 5008 people carrier.
