Renault has confirmed that the new Megane Coupe-Cabriolet will start from £21,595 and will go on sale in the UK on July 9.
The Megance CC comes in six engine and transmission combinations, two of which are reserved solely for the flagship GT versions.
Four engines are available with Dynamique TomTom trim: these include a 1.4-litre TCe 130, a 2.0-litre CVT 140, a 1.5-litre dCi 110 EDC Auto and a 1.9-litre dCi 130.
Renault has added an EDC (Efficient Dual Clutch) automatic transmission to the 1.5-litre dCi 110 engine. This gives this version a CO2 output of 130g/km.
There are two engine options on the GT line-up: these include the 2.0-litre TCe 180 and the 2.0-litre dCi 160.
Two trim levels will be available on the Megane CC: the Dynamique TomTom and GT.
Standard equipment on the four Dynamique TomTom versions includes 17-inch alloys, CD with Bluetooth and AUX input, air conditioning, automatic headlights and wipers, panoramic glass folding roof, cruise control, fixed glass wind deflector, hands-free keycard, speed limiter and fully integrated TomTom satellite navigation.
Upgrade to the GT trim and you get a sporty looking front bumper with revised central air intake and gloss black detailing, and rear bumper with aerodynamic diffuser.
The flagship model's sport theme continues on the inside with sports seats, aluminium pedals, an analogue rev-counter and polished carbon interior door pull handles, outer air-vents and dashboard trim including GT badging. GT versions have rear parking sensors and electric folding door mirrors.
