WINNER
Renault
Renault must need a bigger mantlepiece by this point, as 2025 marks the fourth consecutive year the brand has won our Best New Car Finance award. Last year, we waxed lyrical about how Renault had remained committed to 0% APR deals and kept its low base rates against industry-wide rises.
We’re happy to report that this year is no different. The best Renaults (including this year’s award-winning Scenic and Clio) are available with 0% APR and really tempting monthly payment costs.
Then there are the generous deposit contributions available across the board that further help make Renault an industry leader. Renault even offer zero deposit options on new cars. The value for money for a new Renault is difficult to overstate. Browse through any of our finance pieces, and you’ll be inundated with Renaults for a very good reason. The brand is on a hot streak with new cars and they remain exceptional value for money.
To celebrate the 2025 Parkers New Car Awards, we’ve partnered up with Parkers Compare to give you the chance to WIN from 10 £50 Amazon Vouchers. Follow this link for your chance to win!
HIGHLY COMMENDED
Vauxhall
Cementing itself once more as the bridesmaid to Renault, Vauxhall’s financing options are very good, especially for anything electric. Vauxhall has built a reputation of excellent value and this is continuing with its increasingly electric lineup.
If you’re looking to switch to electric, Vauxhall has thrown the sink at making it as simple and cost-effective as possible. On top of already generous deposit contributions on the all-electric Astra, Corsa and Mokka, Vauxhall’s Electric Bonus will further chop a substantial chunk out of leasing a car. A free wallbox charging unit installation with any EV PCP will also help take the sting out of switching over to electric.
Tesla
Here’s another brand homing in on the all-important 0% APR rate and offering some excellent deals on electric cars, Teslas regularly penetrate the best sellers list here in the UK because of their outstanding finance deals.
Even better, this 0% APR offer is still offered with no deposit needed, which is a rarity in these days. In practice, this means for a £200 non-refundable order fee and you can get behind the wheel of a brand-new Tesla Model 3 or Model Y for a couple of hundred quid a month. Some substantial deposit contributions would probably have Tesla biting at Renault’s heels.
