Renault is offering customers the prospect of driving a new car with nothing to pay for the first three months, in a bid to get people into re-opened showrooms.
The new scheme allows consumers to pay nothing for the first three-months, with no deposit, and 0% APR.
The French firm is the latest in a longish line of manufacturers offering drive-now-pay-later schemes for new cars. Skoda, SEAT, and Ford are all also offering these types of deals.
What’s available?
Only three cars are on this list, but they’re Renault’s big hitters. The deal runs to the Clio, Captur, and Kadjar.
The offer is restricted to customers taking out a three-year 0% APR PCP deal on stock cars.

Buying online
Dealerships are now open again. But for those preferring not to visit one, Renault has introduced a new Select and Collect service.
It allows customers to buy online, and to pick up their new car in a contactless environment.
What this means for you
Renault’s ‘Drive Now Pay Later’ incorporates some of the hallmarks of what makes a great deal – 0% APR, shortish term lengths, and no deposit.
However, while there’s no need to pay anything for the first three-months, these payments are deferred, not forgotten about.
This means the cost of the first three payments is spread across the remaining payments, so you aren’t quite getting something for nothing here.
