We’re conducting a study. Now that the private parking sector has been placed under scrutiny by a new oversight panel, we’re curious to know how many of our readers have been affected by dodgy private parking fines.

We’ve created a brief questionnaire to explore the topic. If you’ve had a Parking Charge Notice (PCN) from a private parking company in the past 12 months, we’d love to hear from you, especially if you think the fine was unjustified.

The questionnaire should only take five minutes to complete – and your answers will provide us with vital ammunition to help us fight against the UK’s most unscrupulous private car parking providers.

Just remember, private Parking Charge Notices (PCN) differ from the Penalty Charge Notices (also PCN, confusingly) issued by your local council. We’re only interested in Parking Charge Notices for the purposes of this study, as they’re the subject of scrutiny for the oversight panel.

Please scroll down to fill in our questionnaire. We greatly appreciate your responses and look forward to updating you with the results of our study soon.
