Where’s Your Head At? is our parent company Bauer Media Group’s ongoing campaign to ensure that mental health issues are treated with the same amount of seriousness as physical health in the workplace. Be that in a factory, office, on the road or – as is the case for many of us right now – at home.

Following the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak, many people have started working from home, self-isolating and social distancing. This decrease in human interaction may have detrimental effects on your mental health. It is more important than ever to talk about mental health and Bauer’s Where’s Your Head At? (WYHA) campaign would like to lead the conversation.

All of us at Parkers know that work and home look very different right now, as we’re bringing you this website’s contents from our own homes. So, more than ever we are here as your voice and someone to listen to you, sharing our stories and signposting ways to get help.

With everything that’s happening across the world right now, it’s more important than ever to talk about how you are feeling. We want you to join the conversation by sharing an image and a message about how you’re feeling right now, no matter how that might be, with the hashtag #WheresYourHeadAt.

We want to know how you’re feeling and offer support. You can get involved on Twitter (the link above takes you right there) and Instagram and we’ll comment on as many as we can, while joining in the conversation ourselves.
