Chevrolet Matiz (2005 - 2009) 1.0 SE 5d Owner Review
Want to know everything there is to know about this car?
In their own words
This super mini has been a real bargain - it's so cheap to buy and run that who could complain. It is a wonderfully little workhorse, and with the seats folded down it's like owning your own small van! you can chuck just about anything in the boot, golf clubs, cricket bags, work tools and it swallows the lot. With a decent top speed, and reasonable fuel economy what's not to like - and you can park it on a sixpence to boot! Having four doors is a real boon as you can squeeze the wife and kids in without all that faffing about you get with two door cars. Looking for negatives, its a little bumpy off road and It certainly lets you know when there's any potholes about but otherwise it pretty good VFM.
How reliable do you find the car?
The front wheel fell off, due to a faulty steering arm, and the front suspension arms both ached at the same time.Does the car do everything you expected it to do?
I had previously owned a Daewoo Matiz 800 SE plus and was surprised to find this 1.0 litre model far more sluggish and unresponsive than my first Matiz.About their car
