Summary
What does this car say about you?
I dont care what the car says about me, im only in my 30s and 6ft tall, im sure that some cars would look more appealing, however its cheap to run considering the price of fuel, very reliable, can depend on it to get me A2B , and what else could you buy for the less than 5k with a couple of years warranty remaining,
What do your friends / family / neighbours think of the car?
There have been no comments about mitzy, however i have noticed one neighbour had to walk to work as there car would not start, and another has just paid £600 for a clutch, so all in all i am more than happy with it, thats all what matters,
Would you buy this car again and why?
definate , except the matiz has come to the end of the production line, however i would buy another chevrolet without a doubt,
What are you likely to buy next?
Maybe the Aveo

Buying experience
Type of dealer you bought from?
Franchise
Did you buy this car new?
No
What price did you pay?
£4,200
When did you buy the car?
December 2010
Did you get a good deal and why?
My car is a January 2010 but on a 59 plate and had 1100 miles , and was 4200 which was the cheapest around,
Is there any special reason why you bought this car?
cheap to run, cheap to tax and a nearly new car for second hand money
What was the dealer like?
The dealer advertised this car with 11 miles on the clock and pre registered, i phoned to confirm the milage was correct and he assured me it was delivery miles only, I therefore phoned back half hour later and paid for the car over the phone as i was 200 miles from the dealership, the day before i collected the car it was confirmed to me over the phone that the milage was a mistake and was a demo car, but they said they would service it for me, but this was being done anyway as it was 10 months old, so i was a little cheesed of, then i had to argue for them to pay for the spare key that they had lost, on collection they did not tell me about the small dent in the boot lid, so great car, great price but i would not use Evans halshaw of Luton again .

Driving it
What's it like to drive?
like a go kart, nippy around town, fine on the motorway, feels safe , not like a Ka we once owned, and loads of room for a small car,
What's it like to park?
well as a tiny car it willl fit in the smallest of places,

Living with it
Have you had any problems with the car?
nothing has gone wrong with the car, and this is my second matiz, however there is a known niggle , when changing gear the revs go up slightly before coming down, but hey i can live with that, and the fuel consumption is nothing like the advertised , it does 150 miles on 19.00 of fuel, but its not the car what is expensive to run, its the shocking price of fuel these days,
What's most practical about your car?
Its very roomy for such a small car, and comfy, our other car is a Citroen Grand Piccaso and apart from the lack of power compared to the citroen its as comfortable ,
Favourite gadget, option or accessory?
Air con is an essential, and the remote locking, the radio is ok but the buttons are a little small,
