  • Driving it

    4 out of 5 4.0

    What's it like to drive?

The Orlando with the larger diesel engine is fast and very quiet on the highway. Quieter in fact than my previous Vauxhall (Opel) Vectra C. Acceleration is wonderful and the A/T shifts very smoothly. The ride on the fatter 215/60/16 tires is very nice and the car is generally quite stable on winding roads. It handles more like an ordinary real estate than an MPV or crossover.

    What's it like to park?

Parking is surprisingly easy, especially with the rear parking assistant.

  • Living with it

Have you had any problems with the car?

7,000+ km later the car still behaves as new. No problems whatsoever.

What's most practical about your car?

Size and convenience of use - you don't need an engineering degree to fold the seats or turn the A/C on.

    Favourite gadget, option or accessory?

The little storage place behind the stereo is both useful and ingenious.
