Driving it
What's it like to drive?
A dream, simply put. the 1.2 engine pulls smoothly from 0 and whizzes around town like no other car I've had. She's fast, fairly frugal at 46mpg (without even bedding in) and handling is excellent. There's a hint of body lean, as you'd expect from a car of this type, but its well controlled. Theres bags of grip for chucking her around corners. Surprisingly for all this fun, the ride is excellently smooth. And the best surprise is her ability to take on motorways. No-one could call her lightning fast, and acceleration isn't fantastic, but the car is easily capable of holding 70mph. And even MORE of a surprise, theres still a little bit of reserve power to hit 75-80 for overtaking manoeuvres. She's also refined and quiet on all areas, although the engine makes itself heard quite a bit.
What's it like to park?
A doddle. Small dimensions, light but communicative steering and mpv-like visibility from all angles. the mirrors are a little small, but otherwise she's simple as you like.

Living with it
Have you had any problems with the car?
Nothing whatsoever. Solid so far! compared to its predecessor, the Matiz which we owned; it has a truly reliable feel. Its solid, and well builty, rivalling even the 09 ford Ka we took out once as a courtesy car.
What's most practical about your car?
Loads of cabin room for tall drivers. Because ithas MPV-esque height dimensions, it is suitable for a taller driver. the back space is good for a tall passenger too. It's a tad narrow, but no more so than most small cars of its type.
Favourite gadget, option or accessory?
The quirky dash is excellent at detailing information, while it manages to be quite easy as well. The flair is great in its design.
