Economy
Value
Leather, CD changer. Air con, white dials, T/C and one of my favourites is the folding mirrors... really well spec'd car but its not Audi quality.
Costs
Drinks fuel.... badly for a 2.0L, goes between 50-60mph on the motorway and it thinks its a diesel though.. weird. Parts are TOO expensive for a cheap car.

On the road
Driving
Its American, so I didn't expect too much! Its not as bad as some think though, the grip is really good, but with the stock 16's I wouldn't push it too hard. The suspension is a bit soft, but its a saloon not a sports car.
Performance
150bhp? Its OK between 5 and 6.5k rpm, but anything below is flat, its horrible in-fact. Every time I go to over take at 40mph I have to use 2nd gear. The engine is stupidly restricted. Check for after market bits, the engine is actually good for 180bhp.

Living with it
Reliability
good reliability, few bits have worn out but its now done over 100k miles. no big problems but its starting to feel VERY fragile and im a tad worried, but im getting a crossfire next year so fingers crossed all will be well!
Image
Mine is debaged has tinted windows and has 19"" alloys, It gets respect on the road and lots of looks in town, people walk up to me in fuel stations and say how nice it is, and it only cost 14k not like your unnoticable 3 series!
Comfort
Its very easy to drive. I'm 6 foot 6, there are two bad blind spots, the front A pillars and the B pillar, otherwise its good around town and its easy to park with the spoiler as a guide. Its at its best at 55-60mph on the motorway.

Security and Service
Security
Alarm is good, very loud... remote is rubbish though. The alarm can get a bit worried and go off if a moth flies by! Security is quite good, just remember to tell your friendly mechanic about the clutch start!
Service
Wouldnt trust them to open the bonnet, tried to fob me off about a faulty exhaust, did any one elses r/t rattle from the back box?
