Citroën AX 10 Debut Cat 5d (1993/K) Owner Review
-
Economy
Value
Cheap. Slightly flimsy.
Costs
40mpg round town from a petrol, says it all really.
-
On the road
Driving
Brakes a bit ropey. As long as you are not bothered about pedal layout, position ok too.
Performance
Won't set the world alight, but it is a 1-litre and hugely economical. Bear this in mind and that the limit is 70mph.

Living with it
Reliability
Late, low mileage, well maintained ones, like mine, won't let you down.
Image
Not bad for a car of its age, when you consider cars like the fiat Uno, Nova and Renault 5.
Comfort
I am 5' 9" and my mate is 6' 3". We struggled to fit in the back. The front seats are nice, but best keep the back for shopping and kids!

Security and Service
Security
Who would break into one? Get an alarm, steering lock and immoboliser - they are cheap enough these days (I have all 3 for my own reassurance).
