Driving it
What's it like to drive?
Bearing in mind it's basicaly a van,it drives very comfortably, handles very well& with the 90HP engine it cruises comfortably at Continental speeds for long distances(every year).Motorway hills taken in 5th gear & can accelerate if I want(which I don't).50 MPG guaranteed at 70MPH.65 at 60 MPH.650 miles on a tank & still not empty(ran out of courage).Strong side winds will affect it,I drive accordingly. No problem in town drives like a car.
What's it like to park?
With flat tail it's easy to judge distance when reversing, but low cars/obstructions disappear as you get nearer,so you need to judge the rear length.
-
Living with it
Have you had any problems with the car?
Absolutely nothing
What's most practical about your car?
Loads of space & sliding rear doors.
Favourite gadget, option or accessory?
It came with the Modutop & computer purely because of the bargaining, but now I find both very useful.
