Summary
What does this car say about you?
I like fun looking cars with style and it stands out from the usual fords most teenagers purchase.
What do your friends / family / neighbours think of the car?
They love the looks and design & Its had complements on the unusually smooth ride. The French knew how to make a hatchback.
Would you buy this car again and why?
If I were to, then I would have to upgrade to a bigger size engine or a higher spec, such as the c2 code as I admire the looks and love the quirkiness it has.
What are you likely to buy next?
Possibly a Citroen c4, Newer focus or a Kia ProCeed.

Buying experience
Type of dealer you bought from?
Independent
Did you buy this car new?
No
What price did you pay?
£1,300
When did you buy the car?
April 2015
Did you get a good deal and why?
I felt it was worth it, although the seller was hesitant. Originally, he wanted close to £1600 but on arrival the car had a few little niggles (a missing hub cap & A minor crack in the wind screen) so it was dropped to a plausible £1300.
Is there any special reason why you bought this car?
The reviews were strong towards younger &, or, new drivers and this is what led to my purchase of the fantastic little c2.
What was the dealer like?
He was nice and welcoming & after 10 minutes of nit picking on every fault on the car, he allowed a test drive without him even being a passenger! Talk about trust. Would I deal with him again? If he has another good and presentable car I certainly would.

Driving it
What's it like to drive?
It's a pleasure to drive as it just hugs the road so well. It's smooth, gear changes are not the fastest but it can shift and is pretty gutsy for a 1.4. The only downfall I could say is that it lacks that 6th gear it so needs to handle them longer motorway journeys. But this can hardly be faulted as its purposely built to be a city motor and not a grand tourer. Nonetheless, since it's so compact it makes squeezing through narrow gaps and parking a complete whizz.
What's it like to park?
Parking is immaculately easy with great visibility on the rear window and large wing mirrors.

Living with it
Have you had any problems with the car?
Had her almost a fortnight and haven't had to replace a single thing besides a little top up of water, which is hardly a 'problem'. It may need a few new tires all round but it runs super without any leaks or miss fires.
What's most practical about your car?
The car has electric windows (hard pressed to find on them little hatchbacks from that age) & electric wing mirrors which is a nice touch. The boot is actually quite big considering some of the reviews on here, it'll fit your weekly shopping, at a squeeze, but if you plan to bring a group of more than 4 people than you're gonna have to upgrade to bigger size car as it has just 4 seats available.
Favourite gadget, option or accessory?
Electric wing mirrors, gear knob is also pretty classy.
