Economy
Value
My Pluriel has Climate Control, Remote Locking, Alarm, Auto Wipers, Auto Lights (good for tunnels), Remote radio controls, CD, and oh yes, can be used as a Convertible or Pick-up. Great value.
Costs
20k service with 2 new tyres cost £400 which seemed excessive, although this was the first service in 2 years of motoring.

On the road
Driving
A car to suit your moods. If you want to take it easy, drive it in Auto. Once you pass 10k miles the auto box gets smoother and is quite relaxing. If you want to be a mock F1 driver, use the paddles or the stick shift.
Performance
It is not a sports car, although the 110 BHP engine has good performance compared to most other Super minis, Strange the Auto only is faster than the paddle shift on acceleration.

Living with it
Reliability
Reliability has been very good, no engine faults in 2 years and the early roof leaks were sorted out first time. If you want to see a leaky roof by a VX220.
Image
still rare on the road and definitely stands out in the crowd. This is a fun car in looks and drive. Don't take it too seriously.
Comfort
Seats are good and comfy for longer journeys. The back is not great but have you ever been in the back of a Mini cabriolet!

Security and Service
Security
Remote locking and good alarm system. The roof may be fabric but it is 4 layers thick and not as easy to break into as you might think.
Service
Dealer slow to order a touch-up paint - is it 9 or 10 months I have been waiting!
