Summary
What does this car say about you?
Its a fairly ordinary small hatch, but better looking than some, it is vaguely trendy. It cleans uo well and always looks shiny, the interior has worn very well and is easy to clean.

The reliability when the clutch went has put some friends and family off.
Would you buy this car again and why?

Did you get a good deal and why?
The deal seemed good in print, but the C3 is always seems heavily discounted, I'm not sure anyone ever pays the list price.
Is there any special reason why you bought this car?

Driving it
What's it like to drive?
After driving other cars, he C3 seems a little bit gutless when accelarating and it wallows around quite a bit. The gear stick is a little vague, but the steering is very light. The high up driving position is a bonus.
What's it like to park?
very easy with the light steering, visibilty is fine. The plastic bits under the bumper often come into contact with curbs when driving into a space, and need fiddling with, expect bits of plastic to hang down from time to time

Living with it
Have you had any problems with the car?
The clutch was replaced under warranty at 8000 miles after the clutch plate broke when coming off the motorway. The dashbord displays went awry, but i understand that this was a known problem, it was sorted out under warranty.
What's most practical about your car?
It is quite spacious for this type of car. The interior is quite stylish. The boot is OK for everyday needs, although 'proper' folding rear seats would be better.
Favourite gadget, option or accessory?
Air con is useful in the Summer
