What does this car say about you?

I'm unlucky and should not have listened to the wife.

What do your friends / family / neighbours think of the car?

The neighbour has a petrol one so they are in no position to take the p!$$.

Would you buy this car again and why?

No, sooo many things gone wrong, it's just as well I work in the motor trade.

What are you likely to buy next?

Small petrol engine for round town driving.

Did you get a good deal and why?

1 lady owner with full service history, low milage and a discount off the screen price.

Is there any special reason why you bought this car?

Economy and my wife liked the look of the car, an alternative to the massivley over priced VW Beetle.

What was the dealer like?

Not bad.

What's it like to drive?

Lively and nippy for a diesel. Big surprise, does not corner brilliantly, but it isn't designed as a sports car.

What's it like to park?

Fine, it's quite compact so no real problem.

Have you had any problems with the car?

ABS Sensor, CD Multiplayer stopped working (optional extra originally), Coil springs front and rear broke - common fault, front droplinks and lower arms were a nightmare to change, Head gasket went leading to 2 new injectors as they were welded into the head (also a common problem on PSA HDI engines), headlamp bulbs a complete pain to change without taking the bumper off leading to a couple of replacement headlamps due to water in the headlamps (you need to have the smallest hands in the world and be double jointed to replace the bulbs otherwise).

What's most practical about your car?

Fuel consumption is great, comfy to drive and loads of adjustment in driving position.

Cruise control.
