Economy
Value
60mpg (real world - mostly motorways at 85mph), v. cheap insurance and tax. Probably pricey depreciation though.
Costs
Comfort (continued): Truly terrible gearstick (really hard to change and odd shape), Bad seats (feel cheap). Cheap plastics, but lots of stowage areas.
-
On the road
Driving
Lots of lean into the corners and gets unsettled easily on rough surfaces. Feel like you're sitting on it rather than in it.
Performance
Feels faster than the 0-60 time suggests as lots of low down torque (although below 1000rpm it's a bit dead).

Living with it
Reliability
So far had intermittent problems with turbo - unexpected on a young car, also had 4 punctures.
Image
Actually good looking car especially when clean, but cheap badge
Comfort
Surprising amount of electronic gadgets (e.g. warns you when door's open "Driver's door open" / "Rear left door open"), digital speedo, electronic brake assist, stalk mounted CD player controls (which work very well), electronic speed monitor.

Security and Service
