What does this car say about you?

You are different, you have not just brought a Ford. The botticelli blue paint really turns heads and looks great! As the C3 is not common, it gets a lot of attention wherever i go.

What do your friends / family / neighbours think of the car?

Love it to bits. We are a Citroen family and have had several. Mom and dad have said they think it is much better than my old C3 which in itself was a great little car. There is a resemblence with the C4 and C4 picasso too!

Would you buy this car again and why?

Yes definitely, it is a cracker and i love it to bits!

What are you likely to buy next?

A Citroen new C4 or DS4 or if not another C3!

Did you get a good deal and why?

I brought from the online sales arm of LMC Citroen of Farnham and saved £1500 on list price. I also had 4 years interest free credit and 3 years free servicing which was an offer on the Exclusive at the time.

Is there any special reason why you bought this car?

I had an old model C3, a 2004 1.4 SX which i loved to bits, it was so reliable, looked different to anything on the road and was really comfortable. I was invited to a launch event for the new C3 visiospace (as we are a citroen family) and i was completely taken with the new car, it had been updated sympathetically, keeping the best of the old car, bringing in some great new technology and of course the superb zenith windscreen which is the highlight of the car for me!

What was the dealer like?

Citroensupermarket.com were great and really professional. Well reccomended for anyone who wants to painlessly buy a Citroen!

What's it like to drive?

The new C3 is light years ahead of the old one. It rides, corners and brakes well and the new VT engine is fantastically smooth and powerful. The new power steering is very good and changes according to speed. It centres well and is inviting to drive (a citroen speciality) The gearbox is sometimes a bit notchy but PSA cars have long suffered with this! The folding mirrors on my car are great as it is wider than the old C3 and it is deceptive.

What's it like to park?

A doddle because of superb power steering and good mirrors. The width is a problem in some spaces though and folding mirrors are a boon!

Have you had any problems with the car?

Only a niggly piece of trim which has failed on the left side of the dash (i think it is a fuse box cover/airbag inspection cover). It was warped on delivery and i am now on my third!

What's most practical about your car?

I love the size of the boot which is really good for a small car, with a net to hold small or fragile objects. I also like the under seat drawer for maps!

Favourite gadget, option or accessory?

The Zenith Windscreen is just awesome and lets in so much light and gives you a different perspective on the road! You can also see more, which is great on a touring holiday. I look forward to taking my car to Dartmoor or Scotland on holiday!
