Positives. Very charismatic car. Completely different from all the other manufacturers anodyne offerings although the Nissan juke is different but very ugly and not as engaging to drive. The cactus is enjoyable to drive and very comfortable. I have also found the much maligned touch screen easy to use. Negatives. The interior plastics scratch easily and the door bottoms seem to have a problem with rust affecting many Cactus examples. The new facelifted version has been visually diluted and has now lost the main attraction for me wanting to buy the cactus.
How reliable do you find the car?
Noticed rust under the paint on bottom seams of all 4 doors. Citroen are aware of the problem and are replacing them under warranty . Looked at a few others on citroen forecourt and several of them were showing rust tooDoes the car do everything you expected it to do?
