What does this car say about you?

Not a lot. These cars just scream midsized family and when you have one of those you are passed what people think about you! However, the car looks great and is practical if a little quirky, so probably a bit more interesting than the average person buying an MPV. Possibly a bit of a risk taker as Citroens have had a reputation for bad electrics, interior and mechanics, so there's always a risk that one of those would fail. However as mine is a late model a lot of the issues should have been ironed out.

What do your friends / family / neighbours think of the car?

I think they like it. They know you don't have much choice on these types of cars when you have 3 kids. Wife likes it.

Would you buy this car again and why?

Probably have to wait and see. If the car behaves and the electrics, interior and mechanics all hold up to family life then I might be tempted for the newer version.

What are you likely to buy next?

Range Rover.

Did you get a good deal and why?

Yes, paid a bit more than if I’d gone to car giant for the equivalent car, but the dealer serviced it, put new tyres on it and sorted out a few other niggles that otherwise would not have been done. It also has 6 month Citroen warranty left on the car.

Is there any special reason why you bought this car?

Needed a MPV with 3 isofix points.

What was the dealer like?

Good. there was a few things that needed doing to the car and they did this without any quibbles. The spare key was for a completely different Citroen and the CD didn’t work either (found out after having go the car home), but they replaced it all and provided a courtesy car to complete the works. I assume this was still done under the manufactures warranty so with this work and the full service with the car it probably saved me £600.

What's it like to drive?

Not as good as an S-max to drive, but then again it’s not as expensive by at least £5-6k on an equivalent aged car with comparable mileage. Yes, it does crash over bumps around town and isn't much fun to drive, however, when on the motorway its very good and cruises effortlessly when using the cruise control.

What's it like to park?

Pretty good. Steering is light and the rear sensors and large wing mirrors make it fine to park.

Have you had any problems with the car?

As mentioned there was the CD player, key and some interior and exterior trim, but this was all replaced under warranty. We’ve only done about 2000 miles since we bought it and mechanically it all seems to be fine, so far!

What's most practical about your car?

Space and flexibility it offers. Also for a family its cheap to but, run, insure and tax.

Bluetooth, cruise control, rear blinds.
