people laugh at citroens but this car is very good

What do your friends / family / neighbours think of the car?

some think its amazing, others think its a joke because of the badge. girlfriends mum liked it so much she bought one herself and got rid of her bmw!

Would you buy this car again and why?

no - but only because citroen service is a joke. if they knew how to fix their own cars i would buy one again in the blink of an eye (ive just sold mine)

Did you get a good deal and why?

yes because meashams (the dealer) was closing down, i got the car about 2k below list price, the sold it to me making no money

Is there any special reason why you bought this car?

I do a lot of driving, 60MPG, cruise control and semi automatic box sold the car to me

What was the dealer like?

very good, unlike the other 4 citroen garages in my area which are awful.

What's it like to drive?

surprisingly good, sticks to the road very well. fast enough but EGS gearbox can be unresponsive making pulling out dangerous at times

What's it like to park?

good visibility but its a very long car so you do need a big gap

Have you had any problems with the car?

at about 24k miles car shudders as it clutch is slipping, sometimes the gearbox crunches, sometimes it selects the wrong gear - NO dealers would admit there was a problem as its very hard to replicate but can be dangerous. Parking sensors stopped working, automatic wipers became over sensitive. rear seat 60/40 release clips broke, boot lifter struts went rusty, replaced under warranty,

What's most practical about your car?

MPG, 60mpg plus is amazing, cruise control is a dream, this car is amazing on the motorway, 80mph at under 2500rpm. in france i got nearly 850 miles to one tank. large boot, lots of space in the back you can fit 4 6-foot tall adults into the car with ease

cruise control, see me home head lights, dual zone climate
