Style over substance with class leading comfort and running costs, but less compelling spec and power..
What do your friends / family / neighbours think of the car?
Wife- TOO BIG. Mother - Lovely Back seat passengers - love it.
Would you buy this car again and why?
YES- IN A HIGHER SPEC (leather, better suspension, double glazing). Preferably a bigger more powerful engine. Should offer at 200bhp diesel.
What are you likely to buy next?
Alfa Romeo 169, or Citoen DS5.

Did you get a good deal and why?
Yes. . A lot of car for the money. Its looks compare favourably with any car in the class. Comfort is well above average. Received a good trade in price, (On Octavia 2.0TDi L&K).
Is there any special reason why you bought this car?
Size, Ride comfort, looks, used to love Citroens.
What was the dealer like?
Very Good. Thorough, and listened.

What's it like to drive?
Nice - quiet, comfortable, good road manners, seats like armchairs. diesel is best engine(s), very economical and cheap to run, insure and service. wonderful motorway car, relaxing and a real mile eater. performance is good, but no BMW beater.....
What's it like to park?
Easy. parking sensors a must!

Living with it
Have you had any problems with the car?
YES. Drivers window regulator. Leak in Air Con, Motor in Wing Mirror - ALL REPAIRED UNDER WARRANTY. CRUISE CONTROL IS THE WORSE I HAVE EVER USED. YOU HAVE TO TAKE YOUR EYES OFF THE ROAD TO USE IT, AND IT IS VERY HIT AND MISS. USELESS.
What's most practical about your car?
Interior space and large accessible boot. FIRST CLASS LOW RUNNING COSTS.
Favourite gadget, option or accessory?
Turning side beams - brilliant. NOT A TECHNOPHOBES CAR IN VTR+ SPEC. IT HAS MOST TOYS, BUT GENERALLY FAIRLY BASIC VERSIONS. ONLY 'EXCLUSIVE' MODELS HAVE OPTIONAL HYDRO SUSPENSION.
