Summary
What does this car say about you?
That i want a small car that's not a mini and looks fun, even if it isn't that sporty.
What do your friends / family / neighbours think of the car?
Had good comments about the style of the car though almost everyone asks if it fits in my purse.. etc. etc...
Would you buy this car again and why?
Probably, though i deliberately chose petrol to get a quieter car, but i think in hindsight i should have picked diesel for efficiency.
What are you likely to buy next?
Too soon to say. probably a big family friendly volvo, and this will be the second car.

Buying experience
Type of dealer you bought from?
Franchised
Did you buy this car new?
Yes
What price did you pay?
£15,000
When did you buy the car?
October 2011
Did you get a good deal and why?
I felt so, because no other franchises were doing dealer deposit contributions on small cars, which is what i wanted. Also got free bits and bobs as you do...
Is there any special reason why you bought this car?
1500 Dealer contribution to deposit. (so it was £13,500 really).
What was the dealer like?
Tried my local one and hated them. Tried an alternative and they were far nicer, though did mislead me on availability. Overall were OK.

Driving it
What's it like to drive?
Very smooth. very nimble. nice and quiet too.
What's it like to park?
Dead easy... after having had 4x4s, big saloons etc. the parking sensors are also sensible instead of being over sensitive.

Living with it
Have you had any problems with the car?
Minor stuff- slight dash noise for example but nothing you could quote as a problem. Minor moan would be that the fuel efficiency despite being a very sedate motorway driver (55-65 mph) is about 82% of the stated efficiency.
What's most practical about your car?
It's not a big car, so for the size it does well. i'm 6'0 and my wife and i have lots of room in the front, and we managed to get 4 blokes in the car too which is good going!
Favourite gadget, option or accessory?
Speed limiter is useful in suburban areas. audio feeds in are good, nice display. Chrome rubbing strips and the decent alloys make the car look so much nicer than the cheaper models without.
