Summary
What does this car say about you?
I have several children and that is the ONLY reason I bought this. It is grey and that describes the whole experience.
What do your friends / family / neighbours think of the car?
It get from A to B. But rather uninspiring.
Would you buy this car again and why?
Probably not. It sounds tinny and there are a number of squeaks and rattles that have been there since I got it. Trim is a bit suspect as evidenced by the rear boot trim continually falling off, and the rear boot opening catch needing to be removed and glued back together every 6 months as I refuse to pay £185 for a new piece of plastic that will break in the same way! Also, the car has no personality. Previously I had a Previa, and while the Citroen handles better, is more economical, faster and smoother, the Previa had bags of personality and fun about it. The Citroen is very dull in comparison.
What are you likely to buy next?
Ford or BMW.

Driving it
What's it like to drive?
Boring. It is not the most inspiring car that I have ever driven. There is a definite lack of feedback from the handling when you try and have any form of fun. The rear suspension is interesting the way it reacts to bends and bumps at the same time. BUT, I did not buy this to race, so I am not surprised. I did, though, expect to feel a little more involved when driving it.
What's it like to park?
Great visibility and being higher up I have always found it easy. The EGS model makes moving small distances more challenging as you do not have the same feel as a clutch, and it is not as easy as an automatic to slowly inch forward. You tend to do a series of small hops on the gas then brake in quick succession.

Living with it
Have you had any problems with the car?
Water leak in door panel. Slipping clutch. Broken tailgate button, trim keeps falling apart.
What's most practical about your car?
Good space for 4 children and a friend with the rear seats being used. Big loading space and the seats fold up and down easily.
Favourite gadget, option or accessory?
Flappy paddle gear change was novel but that wore off as the car does not have the performance to match. Speed limiter is fantastic. MPG counter is fun to drive with.
