Citroën Saxo 1.0i First 3d (2000/W) Owner Review

-
Economy
Value
They seem reletively cheap, didn't buy the one I drove though.
Costs
Economical, and insurance OK, except VTS.
-
On the road
Driving
Drive was so-so; handling was quite good, though ride quality was not excellent.
Performance
Patheticly slow! Below average for modern super minis, flooring it in third gear at 35mph doesn't produce much speedo movement! A case of to much noise and little action!

Living with it
Reliability
Citroens have mediocre reliability.
Image
Depends on model! First is low image, 1.6 VTR/VTS is a lot better.
Comfort
Pedals awkrard, too close and no room; seats thinly padded; dash board incredibly cheap and tacky looking.

Security and Service
Security
