Driving it
What's it like to drive?
Good acceleration in 1st and 2nd gear, and sometimes 4th when you floor it. Struggle to get more than 30MPH up hills more than 10% even with the pedal to the floor. Handles quite well and can take turns comfortably at 20MPH, and have even taken one at 30 although i would never do that again! ... Struggles to get up to 60MPH, have to have your foot 8/10ths of the way to the floor. To get 70MPH you have to floor it, although driving above 70MPH does make it sound like its going to blow up or fall apart! ... It also seems to be faster in 4th gear than in 5th
What's it like to park?
Not very good, although im pretty sure thats down to me only been driving since June 09 and im used to parking a Ford Focus

Living with it
Have you had any problems with the car?
One problem with the driveshaft, which appeared after stalling the car. It also smokes quite a bit when worked hard, although it does have 145K on the clock and ive seen 08/09 plates smoking alot worse!
What's most practical about your car?
Cheap to run. Doing 50MPH on the motorway costs £8 to do 130 miles. Doing 70MPH costs about £10 to do the exact same run. (You have to pretty much keep your foot on the floor to do 70)
