Economy
Value
Terrible value. Has depreciated really badly - 4 years old with 60k miles on the clock and is worth less than 40% of what I paid.
Costs
High maintance costs for what is, at the end of the day, just a 1.6 hatchback.

Driving
Great fun car to drive (when it is working properly) with a punchy engine, good gearbox, good cornering and grip. Suffers from crashy and harsh ride around town which has got worse over the miles.
Performance
Top hot hatch, let down by poor build quality.

Living with it
Reliability
Car has never let me down totally, but has always had items that need attention at every service. Alarm sensors played up. Problem with rough engine idle not yet cured... Radiator blew at 63k miles.
Image
Great looking car.
Comfort
Pedals close together. Uncomfortable seats. No headroom for tall drivers/passengers.

Security and Service
Security
Has standard alarm/immobiliser. Face-off stereo.
Service
Dealers used have never provided decent service. High labour and parts rates. Always found something wrong with the car at each service! I am never buying a Citroen or a French car again...
