Economy
Value
Paid £3250 for mine with 56k on clock in mint condition. I think I found the best of bargains.
Costs
It is a performance car and as such fuel costs are a little high for an engine this size, but it's definitely worth it. Has also had a few things go wrong, but costs havn't been unnecessarily high.

On the road
Driving
Handles very well. Will have no problems even at higher speeds.
Performance
Very quick off the line, will beat almost all other hot hatches to 60, but then won't be as impressive as some other cars. Although the 130mph top speed is impressive, it will take a while to get there.

Living with it
Reliability
Only had the car 1 month and I've had the 2 front ABS sensors go as well as the fuel gauge fail twice. Also last night I had the gearbox blow out and puncture the radiator although this was due to aggressive driving.
Image
The car earns you much credit especially with the nice 16v and VTS badges. Also the phase 2 front end is a fresh update over the more common earlier cars.
Comfort
Seats are fine for short journeys or for active driving despite me being 6ft2, but on longer distances the front seats can be a little uncomfortable.

Security and Service
Security
Very effective immobiliser and car alarm. Havn't had any false alarms yet, but thankfully also havn't had anyone try to break in yet either.
Service
Very informative
