Value
Excellent ride setup. Nippy around town and stable up to 140mph.
Costs
Initial cost is a lot for a hot hatch, but three year dealer parts and labour warranty as standard.

On the road
Driving
Nice handling and enough torque to pull away in second. Comfortable seats.
Performance
Throws you back in your seat. Easily modified. (Supercharger kit available for 225bhp). Under 5 seconds 0-62mph.

Living with it
Reliability
Good, although uses oil rapidy for the first 10,000 miles. Changes and top-ups are essential.
Image
This car has a youthful image. It fits in perfectly. The bodywork can be changed beyond recognition.
Comfort
Seats and pedals can get a little squeaky, but a bit of WD40 soon sorts this out. Velour/leather seats are very snug and support your bum and back firmly.

Security and Service
Security
Door pins are naff. They do not sit flush when locked. A hand reaching in through a bent door or a slightly smashed window would easily be enough to gain entry. Immobiliser is excellent though.
Service
Citroen dealers in the UK are renowned for being unhelpful. On the whole, I have been happy with the service, but others have not.
